Esta es la quinta parte de nuestra serie ilustrada de la guía de desarrollo de productos. A lo largo de esta serie hemos ampliado una idea de producto en un concepto de negocio, el inicio de un Plan de Go-to-Market y personas desarrolladas para corresponder a todas estas partes. También hemos advertido repetidamente que el mayor riesgo de una empresa, un nuevo producto o servicio es hacer algo que nadie quiere. En este artículo vamos a diseccionar algunos supuestos que hemos hecho, cómo impactan nuestro trabajo, y cómo podemos probarlos. Muchos de los aspectos de nuestro plan de negocios requieren que la suposición anterior sea verdadera, pero si de repente la suposición anterior es falsa, partes grandes del trabajo futuro pueden y deben ser omitidas.
