Prehľad Aktivít
Neusporiadané stravovanie je niečo, čo je zvyčajne utajované. Niektoré z týchto výstražných značiek môžu byť volaním o pomoc a nemali by sa ignorovať. V rámci tejto aktivity študenti vytvoria vizuálne prvky najdôležitejších varovných signálov , ktoré im pomôžu identifikovať ich v reálnom živote. Existuje niekoľko malých varovných signálov, ktoré by ste mohli sledovať, keď niekto trpí kontrolou hmotnosti. Niektoré z nich môžu byť:
- Závažnosť, kalórie, obsah tuku
- Popieranie hladu
- Izolácia pri jedle
- Dramatické chudnutie
- Baggy oblečenie na schovávanie chudnutia
- Komentáre o váhe
- Nadmerné cvičenie
- Potravinové rituály
- Vyhýbať sa jedlu úplne
- Použitie kúpeľne bezprostredne po jedle
- Problémy s koncentráciou
- Krehké nechty a rednutie vlasov
- Časté choroby a zlé hojenie rán
Poruchy stravovania nediskriminujú na základe pohlavia, preto je dôležité zabezpečiť, aby študenti nerobili atypické storyboardy. Študenti si môžu vybrať svoje výstražné značky z vyššie uvedeného zoznamu, alebo učiteľ môže vopred vybrať, ktoré z nich chce používať. Je dôležité zdôrazniť vašim študentom, že vytváranie rušivých scén môže byť spúšťačom pre seba alebo ostatných.

Zobrazte rôzne varovné signály u ľudí trpiacich poruchou príjmu potravy.
- Kliknite na tlačidlo „Spustiť priradenie“.
- V ľavom stĺpci identifikujte a uveďte svoju vlastnú definíciu výstražných značiek v dvoch alebo viacerých vetách.
- V pravom stĺpci vytvorte vizuálne prvky týchto značiek s obsahom vhodným pre školu.
- Uložte a odošlite úlohu.
