Storyboard Text

  • Welcome to Oregon!
  • Hi Sammy!I hope you are having a fun April vacation in Florida! We are still in Oregon, and it is such a beautiful state. Today we went for a walk on the Seaside Promenade, also known as the Prom. It's a 1.5 mile stretch of trail along the Pacific Ocean, and it is so beautiful! The views are incredible and there is so much do. There are lots of restaurants and hotels along the trail, but my favorite thing was the Seaside Aquarium, which is over 70 years old! There is also a place at the end called "The Turnaround". It's a roundabout for cars, and at the center of it is a statue of early explorers, Lewis and Clark. I really enjoyed taking in all of the sites, and smelling the salty air.Well, I can't wait to see you after vacation, and I bet you're loving Disney World. You'll have to tell me all about it when we get back!See ya soon!James
