  • Many stores have carts you can use to carry your items. When you are moving past people, it is customary to move to the right.
  • Look for someone wearing a name tag or a shirt with the store's name on it. Ask them politely to help you find something.
  • Place your items on the conveyer belt. When the cashier is done, you may pay with cash or a credit card.
