Looking into negotiation with the combination of assertiveness and cooperativeness, we have come up with five negotiation styles for anyone to understand before you are ready to negotiate. While you prepare to negotiate, understanding how the fellow negotiator could act or react in any situation will help you have a leg up in any mediation.
