Edward Tulane is a china rabbit. He is distinguished, charming, and very important. The problem is, Edward only loves himself. He finds young Abilene’s love for him almost annoying until one day, Edward becomes lost, and his whole world turns upside down. This is a wonderful story about love, loss, and finally finding your way home.

The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane: My Favorite Scene
My favorite part of the story is when Sarah Ruth first cradles Edward (Jangles). Edward says that this is the first time he has felt this sensation of being looked down upon with such love. This is my favorite part because it is the exact moment when Edward feels a real love for a person. Edward "felt the whole of his china body flood with warmth."
